The interface for the work is a Jitter-based computer vision system that recognizes physical gestures derived from ancient movement systems designed to activate the body’s immaterial dimensions.

The impetus for this project was an exploration and deconstruction of forms and methods utilized in 20th century futurist paintings, toward initial discovery of an expansion and evolution of these forms and methods within the context of a 3dimensional canvas. The work gestures toward a fusion of light and materiality, stasis and motion, surface and depth, time and space.
